Help Desk Officer

-Provide IT support for company employees and its customers (help
desk);
Check-in the updates, signatures, installation and maintenance
workstations;
-Diagnostics, repair and upgrade computers, modifying and adding
new workstations on the network (cabling, station configuration, switches);
-Implement and follow procedures for backup;
-Troubleshoot printers (average). Administration
hardware & software inventory;
-Tracking and managing licenses for software used;
-Creation procedures (documentation) installation configuration closely related to IT
Manager;
-Follow proper functioning of equipment in the company, equipment
IT (servers, printers, monitoring systems, scanners, antennas);
Participation in activities, information and training in specific fields of activity;
-Office;
